  2019 schedule

  • Friday Oct 11th - Titusville Middle School
3:30 - 5 PM         School lets out and SET-UP begins.  Please stay out of the middle school / race HQ while volunteers set up - but you can begin to arrive set up a tent in the 
                            field next to the parking lot if you like.  RV & camper parking arrival is permitted during this time - see the RV / overflow parking area map.  
                            NO RV OR CAMPER PARKING IN THE MIDDLE SCHOOL PARKING LOT - reserved for normal vehicles only.

5 PM                    Runners can enter race HQ for packet pickup & gymnasium cot / sleeping bag setup; can purchase $5 shower and guest dinner hand stamps in cafeteria

5 PM - 8:00 PM    Packet pickup, door prizes, buffet pasta dinner (runners will get black hand stamp, guests $5), socialize here or at a local pub or restaurant !
                                      ** Come and go as you please - PHOTO ID REQUIRED for packet pickup **

9 PM               Gymnasium "lights out" and TMS quiet time - 100 milers will be up around 3:30 or 4 AM

  • Saturday Oct 12th
4 - 4:45 AM          100 mile race - race day packet pickup & all 100 mile runners check-in and get timing chip and ankle strap - PHOTO ID REQUIRED
4:45 AM                Pre-race announcements in cafeteria
4:58 AM                Move outside to starting line at back of the school
5:00 AM               100 mile start
5 - 5:45 AM          100K mile race - race day packet pickup & all 100K runners check-in and get timing chip and ankle strap - PHOTO ID REQUIRED
5:45 AM                Pre-race announcements
5:58 AM                Move outside to starting line at back of the school
6:00 AM               100K start
6 - 6:45 AM           50K - race day packet pickup & all 50K runners check-in and get timing chip and ankle strap - PHOTO ID REQUIRED
6:45 AM                Pre-race announcements

7 AM                     50K start
All day                   all finishers will immediately receive their awards as they finish; post-race food
                                    available while it lasts - free to runners (show your bib or hand stamp), guests will need to purchase their food (see merchandise table or donation bucket if off-hours)
2:36 PM                50K - loop 1 - AS#2 Petroleum Center cutoff
7:24 PM                50K - loop 1 - AS#3 Miller Farm Rd Bridge cutoff
Midnight               50K race ends - turn in your timing chip and ankle strap at AS#4 if you arrive back to TMS race HQ after midnight, do not come to finish line

 
  • Sunday Oct 13th
          All morning         100K &100 mile finishers will immediately receive their awards as they finish; post-race food may be available
          12:43 AM           100 milers - loop 2 completion - AS#4 TMS race HQ cutoff

          2:56 AM             100 milers - loop 3 - AS#1 Wolfkiel Run CLOSES (will leave only after course sweepers say course is clear)

          4:25 AM             100K - loop 2 - AS#2 Petroleum Center cutoff
          5:06 AM             100 milers - loop 3 - AS#2 Petroleum Center CLOSES (will leave only after course sweepers say course is clear)

          7:55 AM             100 milers - loop 3 - AS#3 Miller Farm Rd Bridge cutoff
          8:48 AM             100K - loop 2 - AS#3 Miller Farm Rd Bridge CLOSES (will leave only after course sweepers say course is clear)

          10:00 AM           100 milers - loop 3 - AS#4 TMS at race HQ CLOSES - runners not permitted out on the 4th short 7.6 mile "going home" loop

1:00 PM             100K & 100 mile races end - turn in your timing chip and ankle strap - kudos for finishing but no credit for finishing after 1 PM - no exceptions
2 PM                  Showers close
3 PM                  Removal of all race material and personnel from the school - event officially closed
